PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.13353 of 2025 by an order dated 29.04.2025, holding that "(a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.86 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupathur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.13353 of 2025 by an order dated 29.04.2025, holding that "(a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.86 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupathur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".
2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner hails from a poor background and therefore he is unable to mobilize the amount. Hence, he has prayed for a suitable modification.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to the effect that "(a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.86 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupathur, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

4. With the above observations and direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
