This petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2023.

2. Heard Mr.R.Ramesh, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been called for enquiry by the second respondent in C.No.14/H3/SPGri/ALGSC/KGI/2023, dated 19.07.2023. 2/4

4. In view of the above, it is left open to the second respondent to conduct enquiry and to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law.
