This petition is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing this Cross Objection in CMA.No.910 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and the Registry is directed to number the above Cros.Obj.SR.No.84450 of 2022, if the papers are otherwise in order.

3.In the eventuality of the petitioners succeeding in the appeal, interest may have to be reckoned only from the date on which the Registry takes the Cross Objection on record and post the matter on 10.01.2024.
