This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.82 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.V.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the investigation in S-12 Chitlapakkam PS crime No.82 of 2018 has been transferred, on the orders of the Commissioner of Police to the Central Crime Branch, Land Grabbing Wing. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the Central Crime Branch, Land Grabbing Wing to expeditiously complete the investigation and either file a closure report or a charge sheet as the case may be.
