ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct necessary enquiry proceedings in pursuant to the official communication vide Letter No. A1/1561/2023, dated 20.05.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent herein, and consequently issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the subject property to an extent of 2400 sq.ft comprised in Old Survey No. 481/2 and 482/2A, New Survey no. 21, situated in Thiruvottiyur Taluk, North Chennai Revenue Division, Chennai District, based on the representation dated 07.04.2023 within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the classification of the subject property has been changed and the patta was also

issued in favour of the petitioner as requested by the petitioner. In this regard, he has also produced the proof for the same before this Court. 3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed.
