This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.12858 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023 that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, S1 St.Thomas Mount Police Station, everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
