To forbear the respondents 1 to 3 from allowing the 5th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent to hold and continue as Chairman of Tamil Evangelical Lutheran Church Education Board, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
