This Petition has been filed to extend the time for a further period of three months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Court dated 05.04.2022 in Crl.MP.No.4419 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.7005 of 2019.

2.This Court is convinced with the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition. Hence, this Petition ordered as prayed for. Accordingly, three months time is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions given by this Court dated 05.04.2022 in Crl.MP.No.4419 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.7005 of 2019.
