O R D E R
The petitioner seeks to modify the bail condition imposed by the learned Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore, by order dated 16.05.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.3414 of 2018, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court everyday 10.00 a.m., and also report before the respondent Police daily at 5.00 p.m.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been arrayed as A-2 in Crime No.26 of 2018 registered by the respondent on 04.05.2018 for offence under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C based on the complaint given by the Collection Manager of Yes Bank, Coimbatore. He would further submit that A-1 in this case is her husband and she has been arrayed as A-2 and for non repayment of loan by her husband, she has also been implicated in this case and arrested. He would also submit that the petitioner is working as an Assistant Professor in Avinasillingam University, Coimbatore, she was granted bail by order dated 16.05.2018 with the condition to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore everyday 10.00 a.m., and also report before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m., since the petitioner is working as an Assistant Professor she had filed Crl.M.P.No.3635 of 2018 praying for relaxation of bail condition, whereas the trial Court by order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 01.06.2018 dismissed the petition for relaxation and thereby the petition has been filed before this Court seeking modification of the bail condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that in due compliance of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore, the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the Court daily at 10.00 a.m., and also reporting before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m., and he would submit that investigation is pending.
4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3414 of 2018 dated 16.05.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
