This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 03.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15619 of 2024, wherein, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

This court granted Anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 03.07.2024 imposing the condition that he should deposit a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.27 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order Since the petitioner on his own volition agreed to deposit the said amount and was granted anticipatory bail. However, now the petitioner filed the modification petition to modify the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15619 of 2024 dated 03.07.2024.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the amount imposed by this Court is based on petitioner representation and no interference is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. The respondent police is hereby directed to secure the accused immediately.
