O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the Respondents herein to appoint the Petitioner on Regular Time Scale of Forest Watchers taking into account of his seniority and qualification, on par with his Juniors by considering his representation dated 26.12.2019 in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.15561 of 2006 dated 10.03.2008, W.A.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009 and W.P.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009 and W.A.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and confer all consequential benefits.

2. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition, this writ petition is disposed without expressing the merits of the case, by directing the second Respondent to consider and send appropriate proposal to the first Respondent on the representation of the Petitioner dated 26.12.2019 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While disposing the representation of the Petitioner, the Respondents shall consider the order of this Court in W.A.No.690 of 2008 dated 13.10.2009, W.P.No.23374 of 2008 dated 30.10.2009, W.A.No.607 of 2010 dated 29.03.2010 and W.P.No.4027 of 2018 dated 02.03.2018.

3. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
