ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 11.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27614 of 2015, thereby directing the first respondent to take appropriate disciplinary action as against the then President of the second respondent society and others.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the first respondent vide proceedings dated 31.05.2024. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 31.05.2024 before this Court. 3.
