This original petition has been filed under Section 56(2) of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children Act), 2015.

2. The petitioners are the adoptive parents and natural parents of the minor child by name, Ashvanth who was born on 28.11.2016 to the petitioners 3 and 4. The biological parents are related to the petitioners 1 and 2. The petitioners 1 and 2 were married on 07.06.2010 and they have no issues through the said marriage. Hence, it appears that they have decided to adopt minor child, Ashvanth. The biological parents have also consented for the said adoption. The first petitioner, who is the adoptive father of the child has been examined as P.W.1. He has produced the following documents :- S.No Particulars Exs. Marked The Computer generated copy of the birth certificate of the minor Ashvanth, who was born on 28.11.2016 Ex.P1 The original consent of the parties filed under schedule XIX of CARA Regulations.

Ex.P2 The original home study report dated 20.04.2019 in respect of 1st and 2nd petitioners.

Ex.P3 The Marriage proof of the adoptive parents Ex.P4 The birth certificate of the adoptive parents Ex.P5 http://www.judis.nic.in

A perusal of the documents particularly, Exs.P4, P5, P6 and P7 would show that the adoptive parents would be in a position to take care of the minor child and also bring him up in a better atmosphere. The adoptive parents have also filed their declaration of willingness, which has been marked as Ex.P9.

4. Considering the said evidence, this original petition is allowed permitting the petitioners 1 and 2 to take physical custody of the minor child Ashwanth for being adopted and brought up as their biological son. Birth certificate issuing authority is directed to issue birth certificate stating that the petitioners 1 and 2 as his parents within five working days from the date of application.
