This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 7.02.2025 passed in Spl.S.C.No.31 of 2020 on the file of learned Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Thirupur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 32 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
