ORDER
It is brought to the notice of this Court that the marriage itself was dissolved by a decree passed in a mutual consent petition.
2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that an affidavit has also been filed by the second respondent to the effect that the FIR can be quashed, since the marriage itself has been dissolved.

3. In view of the above development, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the investigation pending in Crime No.13 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police. Accordingly the FIR is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
