Heard Mrs.S.Radha Gopalan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.A.Zakkir Hussain, learned Government Advocate for the 1st respondent and Mr.K.J.Sivakumar, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent.

2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent not to permit the 2nd respondent to ply its vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-32/N-2893 on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

route "Tiruvannamalai to Melsolankupuppam" via. Kalasapakkam, Vilvarani, Maadhimangangalam etc., places without a valid permit and fixation of timings as contemplated under Rule 248 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle Rules.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation has produced written instruction given by the General Manager, TNSTC (VPM) Ltd., Thiruvannamalai Region dated 29.07.2016 stating that as of now they are not operating the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-32/N-2893 on the route Tiruvannamalai to Melsolankuppam. The said submission is placed on record. 4.In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
