2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner for executing the sureties as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12827 of 2026, by order dated 14.05.2026, from the date on which, the order copy made ready and no further extension of time will be granted.
