This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 17.10.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Erode.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
