By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

W.P.No.20634 of 2023 kas 3.Mr.G.Ameedius, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent informs the Court that as per his enquiry, the 1st wife of the deceased is living somewhere in Uthramerur and seeks some more time to complete the enquiry. The proceedings of the Tahsildhar dated 18.07.2023 to this effect has also been circulated to this Court. 4.The Tahsildhar is now required to complete his enquiry after affording personal audience to the petitioner and dispose of the petitioner's application No.TN-7202302161119 within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. 5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
