Today the petitioner and the second respondent, along with their respective counsels are present before this Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor is also present before this Court. The parties are identified by their respective counsels and their identity is also verified by this Court.
2. The second respondent, who is the defacto complainant has filed an affidavit stating that he has no objection to quash the FIR as against the petitioners, who are the accused in Crime No.832/2015 on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Udumalpet Police Station, Tiruppur District, as he had reportedly entered into a compromise with the petitioners on the intervention of the elders.
3.
