... Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023 made to the 1/5

respondents 1 to 4 and proceed with the transfer of the petitioner within 20 to 30 kms. radius from his residence taking into account of the present health condition of the petitioner within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023 and proceed with the transfer of the petitioner within 20 to 30 kms. radius from his residence taking into account of the present health condition of the petitioner within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the writ petitioner is that the petitioner is working in the fourth respondent office from 11.05.2017, which is 180 kms away from his residence. Due to the present health condition of the petitioner, the petitioner is unable to continue his present work at the fourth respondent 2/5

office. Hence, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents to transfer him back to his native district. But the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence the present Writ Petition.

3. Considering the limited relief sought in this Writ Petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.05.2023 and pass Orders on the same on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
