This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 6[c] imposed by this Court upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.9937 of 2024 vide order dated 04.06.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the third petitioner is not an accused in this case and the first and second petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that, the first and second petitioners shall report before the respondent Police every Saturday at 10.30am for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
