ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's online application dated 10.04.2026.
2. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.
3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an online application dated 10.04.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to survey and mark the boundaries of the subject
land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner had already filed an application for surveying the subject land and the same was duly considered and survey was conducted. Now, once again, the representation dated 10.04.2026 was filed for laying boundary stones at the subject property.
6. Further, he would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
7. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
8. In the case on hand, the petitioner had already filed an application for surveying the subject land and the same was duly considered and survey was conducted. Now, once again, the online application dated 10.04.2026 was filed by the petitioner for laying boundary stones at the very same subject property.
9. Normally, surveying the land and laying boundary stones therein will be considered as a single process and hence, a single representation/application will be filed for both survey and demarcation of the subject property. However, in this case, the petitioner is unnecessarily troubling the officers with two separate representations for a single process. In such case, this Court is inclined to issue appropriate direction, on terms.
10. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Revenue Department. In such case, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2026 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of payment of the aforesaid amount.
