This petition has been filed to relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before Pallipalayam police station daily at 10.00 a.m. in CMP No.221/2016 in Crl.MP.No.171/2016 in Crime No.31/2016 order passed by Additional District Judge / Special Judge for EC Act Cases, Salem dated 07.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner was released on bail in Crl.MP.No.171 of 2016 on 14.07.2016 in Crime No.31 of 2016 on condition that he should sign before the Pallipalayam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. The petitioner filed CMP.No.221 of 2016 before the Special Judge for EC Act Cases, Salem for relaxation of the said condition, which has been dismissed by the Additional District Judge / Special Judge on 07.09.2016, challenging which the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

It is seen that this petitioner is a native of Pallipalayam and the Additional District Judge / Special Judge has directed the petitioner to appear before the Pallipalayam police station, while granting bail.
