ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J) Mrs.C.Sumathy Sreekanth, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.K.Raja Shirinivas, learned Senior Standing Counsel takes notice for the second respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 28.06.2021 in accordance with law.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent would state that based on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2021, the second respondent had already issued notice dated 06.07.2021 under Section 56(1) and 56(7) r/w 85 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act. 4.Taking note of the fact that the second respondent had already initiated action on the basis of the representation of the petitioner, we are of the opinion that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
