Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2009 given for payment of compensation to the petitioner suitably within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2009.
2. The writ petition has been filed by the Association. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that despite the order of permanent injunction passed by the District Munsif Court, Thirupathur in O.S.No.475 of 1989, the members of the petitioner-Association were evicted and their goods have been damaged by the respondents. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 16.02.2009 seeking compensation was not considered, the present writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation is said to have been sent by the petitioner on 16.02.2009 and if a fresh representation is given, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
4. In the light of the above facts and taking into consideration the submissions of both sides, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the petitioner to give fresh representation, if the cause of action is still survives, by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of four weeks. On such compliance, the respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to the necessary parties. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
