ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the the 2nd respondent to handover file in respect of FIR No. 27/2018 dated 19.02.2018 to the first respondent and further direction of the first respondent to complete investigation within the reasonable time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.
3.It is seen that the opinion of the postmortem Doctor is awaited, since viscera report has not been received. Hence, it is too premature for this Court to come to a conclusion that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
investigation so for has been perfunctory. In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court at a future date.
