PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30A.M., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11020 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 is modified https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the first of every month, until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
