O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6570 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13272 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M.,until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.488 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No-2, Mannarkudi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6570 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13272 of 2020 dated 11.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No2, Mannarkudi, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No-2, Mannarkudi.

5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
