Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with the production of 'the original impugned advertisement notice dated 15.08.2021 issued by the second respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned advertisement/notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 2.Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submits that only a copy of the impugned advertisement/notice has been served on the writ petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the original but a copy of the same is filed along with typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant portion of paragraph 14 of support affidavit and the same reads as follows: '14.

15.08.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents or any one.'

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
