Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to enter into interconnect agreement with me and thereby extending the license period for further 2 years in respect of the petitioner's private TV channel namely, Jawahar Channel, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2020 within a stipulated time.
