This review application has been filed seeking review of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.30749 of 2012 dated 17.03.2016.

2. Heard learned Government Advocate appearing for the State and learned counsel for first respondent.

3. This Court, under order dated 17.03.2016 in W.P.No.30749 of 2012, directed first respondent therein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2011 and settle the professional fee to the petitioner as per the norms at the earliest. This Court has also directed the petitioner to submit the relevant particulars as required by respondents forthwith. The present review application has been filed seeking review of such order. 5/10

4. This Court has only directed the first respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2011 with regard to claim of his professional fee. Absolutely, there is no error apparent on the face of the order.

The review application is not maintainable and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Review Petitioner/first respondent is directed to comply with the order dated 17.03.2016 in W.P.No.30749 of 2012, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
