This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal.

2. Mr.S.Sathiaseelan, learned Counsel entered appearance for the respondent and expressed his objection for condoning the delay.

3. However, the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition is ordered and thereby, the delay of 23 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the main appeal, if it is, otherwise, in order and further, print the name of Mr.S.Sathiaseelan, learned counsel for respondent in the cause list at the time of admission of main appeal.
