Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st to 6th respondents to stop payment to 9th respondent, freeze bank account of 9th respondent holding public money, not to certify work completion certificate to 9th respondent and also treat the Petitioner as constructor to public tender bearing number 3-578/PTA/JPD(T)/ELCT/2015-2016.

The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to redress his remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
