Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for the entire records of the fifth respondent bearing Na.ga.No.A2/15595/2021 dated 28.06.2021 and to implement the order of the Commissioner of Adi-dravidar 5th respondent the same and to direct the second respondent to issue patta in respect of Door No.145, Survey no.245/1, Kuthoosi Gurusamy Salai, Mudhu Nagar, Marapalam, Cuddalore District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for the entire records of the fifth respondent bearing Na.ga.No.A2/15595/2021 dated 28.06.2021 and to implement the order of the Commissioner of Adi-dravidar 5th respondent the same and to direct the second respondent to issue patta in respect of Door No.145, Survey no.245/1, Kuthoosi Gurusamy Salai, Mudhu Nagar, Marapalam, Cuddalore District.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner for issuance of patta for the land comprised in Survey no.245/1 situated at Kuthoosi Gurusamy Salai, Mudhu Nagar, Marapalam, Cuddalore as directed by the fifth respondent dated 28.06.2021 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
