ORDER
The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner belongs to the schedule caste and she has married a person belonging to Most Backward Community. Despite the fact that the Petitioner was eligible to be appointed on priority basis being the Petitioner belonging to inter caste community having obtained inter caste marriage certificate from the Tahsildar, the Respondents have not considered the Petitioner's representation for being appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer through the Government Orders provide for appointment of persons like the Petitioner in the post of Noon Meal Organizer.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the Petitioner's husband has also deserted the petitioner and now is fending for herself for three minor children and therefore the case of the Petitioner may be considered sympathetically in the light of the Government schemes allowing the employment on priority basis for persons belonging to inter caste marriage.
3. Appearing on behalf of the Respondents, the learned Government Advocate submits that the representation dated 16.08.2021 of the Petitioner will be duly considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law prevailing Government orders within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 16.08.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Respondents also shall take steps to appoint the Petitioner for any appropriate vacancy is available for absorbing the Petitioner into Government service. No costs.
