Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to extend the 15 days time granted in the order dated 05.11.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15948 of 2020 by this Hon'ble Court to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur for further period of 30 dyas from the date of receipt of a copy of order. (This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15948 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15948 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020 with certain conditions. He would submit that since, the petitioner is working in Bangalore, he is unable to comply with the order of this Court within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he prays for extension of time.

this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15948 of 2020 dated 05.11.2020, from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
