to proceed with the implementation of the "Draft Plan" until the opinions and consent of the affected people are duly obtained and considered by conducting District-wise public consultations with the affected people, including local residents, farmers and other stakeholders of all the 42 proposed Elephant Corridors after providing them with the Tamil version of the "Draft Plan" by giving reasonable time frame for submitting objections and representations, thus ensuring that all affected parties have a fair opportunity to voice their concerns.
