(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner to stay at Chidambaram and report before the Chidambaram Town Police Station every day at 10.30.a.m until further orders in Crl.OP.No.17702 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17702 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
