ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the body of the detenue Radha, aged about 30 years, wife of Mahalingam, who was missing from 17.06.2019 before this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that detenue is living with her mother and there is no proof of marriage between the petitioner and the detenue.
