This application has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15328 of 2022 on 04.07.2022 to report before the committal Court namely learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 pm until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
