This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2519 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.14636 of 2020 on 10.03.2022 to appear before the respondent police on 10th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor (GST cases) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
