W.P 16000 of 2020 Prayer: This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India pleaded to issue a unit of Manamus or direction in the nature of a writ, Directing the respondents to change the category of the petitioner from U.R to O.B.C in his Application No. 200410182583 and consequently direct the Respondents to issue a certificate according to the Eligibility category of the petitioner.
W.P 17849 of 2020 Prayer: This petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of Manamus directing the Respondents to change the category of the petitioner from U.R to O.B.C in her Application No. 200410468383
and consequently direct the Respondents to issue a certificate according to the Eligibility category of the petitioner. Prayer in W.A.No.1110 of 2020: Writ Appeal filed under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent setaside the order dated 04.12.2020 in W.P.No.17849 of 2020.

These writ appeals are directed against the order dated 30.11.2020 in W.P.No.16000 of 2020 and the order dated 04.12.2020 in W.P.No.17849 of 2020, whereby the learned single Judge dismissed the writ petitions.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent has changed the category of the appellants from Unreserved to Other Backward Class, permitted the appellants to participate in the mop-up counselling and the appellants have also been allotted medical seats in private medical colleges and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in these writ appeals. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned counsel for the second respondent, these writ appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
