ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an Order dated 07.09.2023, had directed the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, to dispose of the case in SC.No.121 of 2023, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned Sessions Judge, Chennai, has requested this Court to grant further period of two months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Sessions Judge, Chennai, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of two months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Sessions Judge, Chennai, is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
