This petition is filed to set aside the abatement cause due to the death of the second respondent in the Appeal Suit No.754 of 2012. 2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Appeal Suit No.754 of 2012.
