This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.9(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.15076 of 2025, dated 14.05.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Chengalpattu and report before the Chengalpattu Town Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, appear before the Trial Court on all the hearing dates.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.9(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.15076 of 2025, dated 14.05.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all the hearing dates.
