This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16274 of 2022 dated 14.07.2022 that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deeds (stands in the name of the petitioner or his friends or relatives) to the worth of Rs.50,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Lakhs Only) along with the valuation certificate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, considering the incarceration period suffered by the petitioner, granted bail to the petitioner by the order dated 14.07.2022, in which he was directed to deposit orginal title deed which stands in the name of the petitioner or in the name of his friends or relatives) to the worth of Rs.50 Lakhs along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned. However, the petitioner does not have any owned property as he is residing at a rental house. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against

the petitioner i.e., "to deposit original title deed (stands in the name of the petitioner or in name of his friends or relatives) to the worth of Rs.50 Lakhs along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned', order dated 14.07.2022 stands deleted.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is modified. All other conditions remain unaltered.
