This criminal revision case has been preferred praying to call for records in Crl.MP.no.3267 of 2023 in CC.no.53 of 2020 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, The Nilgiris and to set aside the order dated 07.02.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor, The Nilgiris in Crl.MP.no.3267 of 2023 in CC.No.53 of 2020 and to consequently discharge the petitioner from the above case in CC.no.53 of 2020.
