under Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been fully complied with and physical possession of the secured assets have also been taken.

2. In the light of the same, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. In the light of the said development, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
