O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent police to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members along with the petitioner's husband property in Survey Nos.347/2C and 347/2D to an extent of about 1 acre in Mathruttu Village, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime Nos.62 & 63 of 2024 and the same are pending for investigation as against the respondents 3 and 4.

3. In view of the above submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in both the Crime Nos.62 & 63 of 2024, within a period of twelve(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
